Booking Policies & Boundaries
 

To honor your time and ours, please note:
 

  • Cancellations/Reschedules: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This helps us keep energy flowing smoothly for all clients.

  • Late Arrivals: If you're late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next soul scheduled.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in a booking fee or require prepayment for future sessions.

  • Energy Integrity: We reserve the right to decline sessions that do not feel aligned with the space we hold. This ensures we protect the sacred energy of each offering.

Energetic Aftercare
 

After receiving energy healing, you may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, or even activated. This is completely normal.
 

Here’s how you can support yourself post-session:
 

  • Drink lots of water to help integrate and flush

  • Take time to rest and ground

  • Journal or reflect on any messages received

  • Avoid high-stimulation environments if possible

  • Reach out if you need to process anything that surfaced
     

If you’ve had a spiritual response therapy, akashic records session, or chakra realignment, integration can continue over days. We’re always here for gentle follow-up.
